Jared is the owner of a company called Mana-Mind whereby he looks to help former Maori & Pasifika athletes get into careers through tech & helping tech companies create an exciting environment to recruit and retain Maori and Pasifika talent. In that regard, Jared is a former professional rugby player (whose career was cut short through injury), worked as a development officer and coach for Scotland Rugby and the New Zealand Rugby Union. He recalls being at New Zealand Rugby HQ in Wellington during the 2015 RWC final and feeling afterwards that there is something more. This was the start of his current journey…..
