We start with a reminder to be mindful of entitlement, then we discuss the book Mental Immunity and how irrational ideas are spreading, how to equip our minds with the tools to distinguish the truth from the nonsense, if that is even possible, and we discover our own biases when it comes to certain subjects that should be obvious to debunk. Should ideas have merit even if they're said by someone you disagree strongly with? Can you be skeptical of your own skepticism? Toxic partisanship encourages groupthink and you are allowed to have ideas independent of your political persuasion, even tho it can be difficult to not follow your tribe. We also touch on expanding your comfort zone and Freddo acknowledges how far he has come since his injury two years ago, and how much is possible in the future when you zoom out and gain perspective.
