This week, we are diving into understanding how we get in our own way. Self-Sabotage happens when your actions and thoughts hold you back from accomplishing what you want, and that can be personally and professionally. Sometimes those behaviors and patterns show up subconsciously causing us to question what is really going on, but we are here to help. We want to acknowledge the self-sabotaging behaviors and realize that while they may provide a temporary solution, they affect us long term in our goals and productivity. This results in feelings of shame, disappointment, negative thinking, and in some cases symptoms of anxiety and depression. So if you have ever sabotaged a relationship because you feared what may happen if it worked out, or started a fitness routine and never stuck with it or maybe you keep starting and stopping those business ideas, well this is the episode for you.
