On March 27th 1980 at 12:37 Mount St Helens exploded in a phreatic eruption sending a 10,000 foot plume of ash into the sky, shortly after this catastrophic event that claimed the lives of 57 people strange winged apelike creatures began emerging from crevices in the ground stalking the townspeople for decades after.
