The first 2 weeks is pretty easy. You don’t yet see the size of the mountain and you are excited anyways and have the energy. But you forgot one thing: you don’t have the habit yet. And even worse, whatever mindset you had before when you failed the last 1,000 times is still with you.You don’t know yet that in order to change that mindset that has failed you so many times before, you need the mountain, and you need to conquer it.The more times you’ve failed in the past, the harder it will be.After a few weeks, you will come to the 1st turning point. This is the day that you really, truly don’t want to do anything. This is the most important day.This will go on for a few weeks, until you get to what I truly thing is the most important moment: it’s the moment where you decide to stop even thinking about not doing the thing because you already know that you are going to do what’s right so stop wasting your breath.
