EP.14 戰爭法？武裝衝突法？軍人都要知道的守則！

    • 「戰爭法」又稱為「武裝衝突法」，也就是當戰爭發生時，約束行為的一套法律。訂定戰爭法的目的，是保護戰鬥人員與非戰鬥人員免於非必要的痛苦，捍衛戰俘、傷殘病者還有平民們的基本人權，並使戰爭時期轉換成承平時期的過程，可以更容易。

    美軍有一套戰爭法的訓練課程，區分Level A, B, C -3個等級。其中，在Level A 的訓練裡，訂定了最基本的「軍人守則」。
