David Boaz is the executive vice president of the Cato Institute, an American Libertarian think tank. He is the editor of The Libertarian Reader and the author of 6 books including his most recent "The Libertarian Mind: a Manifesto for Freedom". Today we discuss some of the basic tenets of Libertarianism, the difference between being Libertarian (Big L) vs. libertarian (small l), the war on drugs and the logic behind social liberalism and fiscal conservatism.
