When you worry too much about how other people think or say about you, it takes away the joy and replaces it with fear, shyness, and a bad mood. The key to starting living life is to realize that not everything and everyone needs a reaction, and not every moment needs an opinion. Before you start the day or when you come home from a tiring day, look at yourself in the mirror and smile or dance or sing a song. Allow your body and mind to lose control and let everything go. Life is too short. Be happy.
