There's a reason why some people get lot's of engagements and other's don't. You have to understand that the Facebook algorithm is mutual, a two way street. You can't be a machista and just take without giving back. Romance the algorithm daily for at least an hour, show love, not LIKES on your friends posts which appear on your fan page.

Educators make posts and wonder why it only gets a couple of reactions here and there. The reason for that it is based on a logical mindset and you may want to go with the flow. Engage your friends with purpose and meaningful commentary. Facebook will look at this act of romance as sincere and soon will show your posts to your friends as well. Like I said it's a two way street.
