Drew Stanton was a two sport athlete in high school and decided to stay home and play college football at Michigan State.  After a great career there, he was drafted in the second round by the Detroit Lions and went on to have a long, successful career in the NFL by learning how to survive.  He shares how coming to grips with his weaknesses, learning the art of communication, and becoming more self aware ultimately culminated in winning a Super Bowl title with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
