Jeff Buck sits down with comedian and actor Mikel Albagdadi to talk about Ossau Iraty Estive - a raw sheep's milk cheese from The French Basque Country in France. Together they discuss a little bit of history of the Basque Country. After explaining that the cheese is falls under a protected designated origin regime, Jeff suggests they do the same for Gumbo and Poboys. We learn the type of sheep that make this cheese and how the shepards basically live with them as they graze the pastures. After reading that a spiritual energy lives in the homes of Basque -- Mikel and Jeff speculate it to be WiFi.
The cheese is finally tasted and pleasantly received by our lactose intolerant guest.  As always the podcast ends with some #CheesyMoments.
