Ruben was a corporate lawyer for ten years specializing in institutional frameworks. He joined the Zcoin team in October 2016 and has played a pivotal role in shaping Zcoin's strategy and vision. He has always been a strong advocate of privacy technologies especially on the internet having co-founded BolehVPN, a privacy-focused VPN provider who was also the first merchant to accept Bitcoin in Malaysia.
Zcoin is a cryptocurrency focused on privacy on the blockchain and decentralized proof of work. It differentiates itself from Monero and Zcash by using an original protocol.
