Amanda is a wellbeing & creativity coach who runs The Butterfly Room. The Butterfly Room is a creative wellbeing space in Paisley set up as a result of Amanda's own health journey living with fibromyalgia. During that journey Amanda was supported to learn & develop a range of self management tools & whilst learning them she also learned that not everyone had the opportunity or financial capability to access them so Amanda set about studying & creating ways to make that happen.
