EP นี้อ่านส่วนที่ 3 และเป็นส่วนสุดท้ายในรายของ PMI ชื่อ Pulse of the Profession 2024 ครับ ผลการสำรวจแสดงให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบการทำงาน (agile, hybrid, waterfall) และสถานที่ทำงาน (WFA, hybrid, onsite) ไม่ได้มีความสำคัญต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำโปรเจคท์เท่ากับการเพิ่มสกิลของพนักงาน ใน EP นี้เราไปฟังกันว่าองค์กรจะช่วยซัพพอร์ตพนักงานในเรื่องนี้ได้อย่างไรครับ
