Jonathan recently wrote an article titled The Systematization Of Podcast Law: Bringing Structure Into Chaos which discusses the gaps in law regarding the podcast industry. He describes how a lack of definition in contracts can leave independent podcasters and artists vulnerable to being taken advantage in this new business. Matt and Jesse ask about some of his favorite podcasts and his history wrangling bands as an artist manager. Jonathan also brings up some stories of iconic managers who have been both great and horrible to their clients.
