By learning to find the funny side of work and life, you'll be less stressed, more resilient, and ultimately more productive and successful.  Humor isn't something you're just born with or not. Osincup argues that it's a habit, a muscle you can build over time through practice. Kind of like going to the humor gym, but way more enjoyable! So instead of taking everything so seriously all the time, try cracking a joke here and there. Look for the amusing situations or absurdities in your daily grind. Hang out with those friends who always have you in stitches. The more you embrace your funny bone, the more rewired and unstoppable your brain will become. Who knew laughter could be such a powerful tool?
