Today's guest is Jennifer Folsom. She is the VP of Growth at ICF Next. Jennifer is also a Customer Experience Advisory Member at the Richmond School of Professional and Continuing Studies and the author of the book - Ringmaster: Work, Life, and Keeping It All Together.
