Eliot Marshall is the owner of Easton Training Centre, a former professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Amal Easton. He is also a former contender in The Ultimate Fighter Session 8 and the Ultimate Fighting Championship's (UFC) light-featherweight division.
In this episode, Eliot shared how he overcame his depression by choosing to own his situation and ask other people around him for support.
