When I say "Be Here, In The Now" I mean be present, be thankful for the moment you are in with everyone you are with! Truly try to appreciate everything you are doing in this moment. One thing you'll never get back is yesterday or that beautiful memory you have with your loved ones. We can only revisit but not redo and re- appreciate it... i hope that makes sense!
