How do you delegate responsibility as a leader? Delegation is an interesting topic. 

Why? 

The tricky thing with that is that a lot of people just delegate tasks, 

like do this, do that 

A B,

and it's not about delegating responsibility.

For me, delegating responsibility is an agreement 

between you as a leader and the other person, 

so that the other person is deciding how to achieve the goal.

But you agree on the framework and then the frame this person can interact in. Together. And then this person works out how to get to the end goal. So delegating responsibility means you delegate the responsibility for the total task project, whatever it is, not just a specific task and step by step the person needs to come up how to achieve that goal.
