This week on the Podcast I will continue with our in-depth exploration of MATRESCENCE.

For part 3 we will discuss how the various stages and experiences within Matrescence shape and strongly influence who we are now and who we are becoming.

We really are at a crossroads where we have been given the incredible opportunity to recreate ourselves in any way we wish. This comes with so many intense and diverse challenges, but together we can all get there.

It is a beautiful and powerful stage and one which can and will uproot us from everything that came before motherhood as Matrescence will last a lifetime.
