On this episode of Up Next, I am joined by Omaya Michelle the founder of the UAE's 1st online mental health magazine, AWARE AE.
Throughout the episode, Omaya talks about her struggles with mental health over the past 10 years and how that along with her love for journalism inspired her to launch AWARE AE.
She always goes on to discuss how they strive to raise awareness about mental health and end the stigma around it especially in the Middle East. 
Omaya also discusses some of the challenges that she faced and the mistakes she made throughout the process of launching the online magazine. She also goes to advise anyone that is interested in pushing something similar
