Maya Bello is a full-stack software engineer with a Bachelors in Computer Science from UC San Diego with industry experience in building software applications. She is also a tech content creator with 40,000 followers across her various social media platforms. In her free time, she is passionate about exposing underrepresented communities to careers in tech as well as volunteering with non-profits where she leads workshops on Game Design and learning to code in Python. She was the co-host of the 2020 AWS Deep Racer championships and is currently featured on Khan Academy which highlights her Python tutorial for people with no prior coding experience.
