Without the how, it leaves it to interpretation and chance.

We have to teach the ‘HOW’ when we go to give a directive. We have to not only be able to spot the behavior, but be specific about HOW to achieve it. We have to ask ourselves, “Can I see them doing the ‘task’ from my instruction?
