In 2021 Adam Hunkin was given the opportunity to start his own superyacht supply company. 

With a small team, and armed with 7 years experience of being at sea he came to realise that the short-term approach of some yacht supply companies was hurting the industry. 

It was time for a new way of working and Polaris was born!
