In this episode we talk about expectations that we feel, especially this time of year as we approach the holidays.  Expectations from society, from family, from ourselves, and what we feel like we ‘should’ or ‘have to’ do this time of year. Or anytime for that matter.We touched on:1)  trying to keep up with the Jones’ and realizing that we are living in a time where social media allows us to ‘see’ everyone else’s magic and we can easily fall into the comparison trap

2) recognizing what triggers/activates us throughout the holiday season

3) realizing what really matters during the holiday season, but also all year round, when we have to step back due to unforeseen circumstances but recognizing the gifts in these situations too
