Keeping It Real

EP17: How Raising Your Standards Changes Your Entire Life

Listen Later

Today on Keeping It Real, I’m delivering another solo episode, which I haven't done in a while and I know you guys enjoy those.

I’m going to be sharing a concept that literally changed my entire life starting last September -- the way I think, the way I set goals, and my general reactions.

I was in British Columbia and Vancouver at the time and used that as an opportunity to take a break, to step back and refocus, and to recollect my thoughts in an effort to gain more clarity.

I spent some time enjoying nature and just taking a much-needed break -- which I highly encourage you all to do because I’m sure you not only need it, but you deserve it, as well.

But, when I decided to raise my standards for every aspect of my life -- everything from my professional maneuvers and decision-making to my personal relationships and internal processes -- I experienced immediate growth in my success and happiness that continues to this day.
