People are coming to you because you have the solution to their problem.

Leadership is an opportunity. The opportunity is always dressed in favors, and problems to solve- meaning people asking you to do a specific task or to fulfill a unique role, that is your opportunity to lead them.

Every time someone ask you to do something write it down, pretty soon you will see a pattern- if multiple people are asking you for the same thing then that is your opportunity. The best leaders don't just tell you what to do, they lead by example. This is your moment to serve and lead in such a way that others will follow.
