In this episode, Freddo explains how awesome it was to go on a handisport event and mingle with other wheelchair users and the value of integrating with the disability community. He explains that despite difficulties with the language barrier, forcing himself outside of his comfort zone was ultimately rewarding beyond his expectations and how his new found confidence has already started to change his outlook on life. 

Benji also reflects on his gratitude for his successful illustrations, general well being and gives Freddo shit for telling awful jokes and the need to explain why they’re funny.
