Last year, 2020 was known as the most depressing year for many globally. Couple that with lockdown 2.0 and itβs obvious why most, if not all, feel a bit 'on edge'. However, know this, what you eat and drink does Β have a massive impact on how you think and feel. There is strong evidence to support that superfoods play a key role in mental wellbeing by helping to reduce stress, ease anxiety and even fight depression.Β
π¨βπ π©βπ Along the way with the Ritual of Live Nourishment, eating LIVE foods, fresh off the tree or vine fruits/vegetables and grains. Superfoods is definitely something I have been consuming due to my living in the Ecuador. There's nothing but farm grown everything here which is a plus for me as I grew up in processed food USA heaven. Food does taste different when it is fresh and even better when one cultivates their own.
After all the "how we eat" paradigm has shifted and organics as well as my favorite, aquaponics micro vegetation with farmed fish, is what I choose to fill my belly up with. Of course I have not given up that DEAD MEAT SYNDROME - yet!
