This is Ken’s second time on the show and I’m super excited to have him back. He is a Holistic Psychotherapist & a Transformational Health & Life Coach. He was also a featured speaker at our Quantum Healing Collective gatherings. Honestly kens list of licenses, certifications and accomplishments are mind blowing. He’s a licensed clinical mental health counselor. Certified in EMDR trauma therapy, clinical hypnotherapist, TFT energy tapping, heart math facilitator, yoga teacher, tai chi/Quigong instructor, traditional naturopath, reiki master, raw food chef. This conversation is quite different than our last talk. In this episode Ken and I kind of let loose and express our feelings about what’s currently occurring amongst humanity at this present time. We both give examples of how we deal with the stress and the influx of contradictory information that’s coming into our experiences. This episode may be somewhat controversial. I think in these times we have to discuss all possibilities although to some they may seem like conspiracies and may feel uncomfortable. Please keep an open mind while listening to this conversation.
