Did Adam & Eve possess eternal life inherently? Were they reliant on the ‘tree of life’ to sustain that quality of life? Did the tree have life in and of itself, or was it merely a sign, a sacrament to that true, eternal life in God? Did the threat of ‘death’ upon eating the fruit, imply physical death or more spiritual death….or both? 

This week Pete and the curious team will be examining the unusual topic of the Tree of Life. Considering exactly what role did it play in the garden, and was it an inevitable part of the eternal life that Adam and Eve were to enjoy?
