Do you ever notice when you put all your focus on one thing, 100% focus, no distractions, no looking at your phone, email, social media or youtube clips, you get so much done in as little time as possible.

Then on the other end of the spectrum do you notice when you are trying to focus on one thing, but then you get an email, so you quickly look at that, then you start back on your task and then you get distracted by something else, maybe a phone call, so you answer it and then two hours later you realise that the task which should have only taken you thirty minutes is now taking you longer than two hours!!
