In today's episode meet Amy Polacko. She is the Freedom Warrior. She’s a divorce coach and journalist, whose writing about divorce and women’s issues has been featured in national media. In this episode, she talks about how she empowers women to create an amazing next chapter in their lives, after a divorce or toxic relationships.  Amy’s both a coach and a cheerleader, helping women discover who they truly are, and encouraging them to start focusing on themselves. Her clients gain confidence, clarity, and the power they need to create a plan for their lives.

Amy Polacko is a Freedom Warrior - and is committed to helping women live life on their own terms during/after a toxic relationship or divorce. As a divorced single mom, she is passionate about coaching women one-on-one and founded the empowerment group Strong Savvy Women to provide support, inspiration, and guidance to single women. Amy is also an award-winning journalist who sheds light on women's issues including divorce, domestic abuse, coercive control, and singlehood.
