The guilty voice in your head would say, “I’ll wait until my kids are older to take care of myself because I’ll have more time” 

Or my elderly parents need me to take care of them, I don’t have the time to take care of me.

Or I have too many deadlines at work, there’s no way I can make time to workout or meal prep! 

This is the first step you need to climb to create lasting change in order to lose weight and never gain it back again.  

Most people procrastinate to taking this first and this crucial step is called “ACCEPTANCE” 

Why? 

All this time maybe you have been avoiding the fact that there are things in your life that you need to change.  

Either there are bad habits that you are avoiding to stop or good habits that you are avoiding to start.

Acceptance is the opposite of Guilt.

Guilt is “I don’t deserve it” and Acceptance says “You accept that you need help”

In this first episode of my four part series, I will help you get through the Acceptance door.
