"'Chalk It Up' to the old you."

Today, I'm joined by my good friend, Darren Joy. He's a lifelong guitarist and recently, hit three years of sobriety. Darren selflessly lets us get a glimpse into his past and the conquering of his demons. I am forever grateful for his generosity put on display during our recording. He is very active with Narcotics Anonymous and has made it his life's work to help others to walk the sober path.

Darren is one of the kindest souls I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He also takes a minute to serenade us with his acoustic guitar. I really hope you enjoy this one as it hits a more serious note than previous episodes.
