JAXON TIPPET joins me, Blake, to share his personal stories about being a Fitness Model, Podcast Host, Online Coach, Social Influencer and most importantly a Human Being.

Raised in the Melbourne countryside, Jaxon was introduced to a strict but happy lifestyle with both parents prioritising health and wellness over the stereotypical ways of living. It wasn’t until later in high school years where getting into the gym scene to originally impress the girls that Jaxon recognised his addiction for looking and feeling the best he could.

With such a strong drive to look and perform his best; steroids became a part of this process and inevitably led to a near jail time sentence, loss of his girlfriend, friends and license before Jaxon made a massive shift in his life.

Realising that he doesn't have to do or be the person that social media wants or expects but rather to be his true organic self has opened the doorway to a more prosperous life of HEALTH and WELLNESS.

This is a great conversation where two friends discuss each other's perspective on a range of topics from Nutrition to goals, to sleep and many more in the middle.
