How do you manage time effectively as a leader? I believe that leaders need to spend a lot of time with the team members rather than doing email stuff. Because we are all way too much on emails. We are all way too much on non-human focused topics.
As leaders, we are attending meetings, which is just spending time in bullshit meetings. So prioritizing and focusing on spending your time as much as possible, enabling your team members to grow, enabling your team members to do their job better. If you focus on this you will be the most effective leader in what you're doing.
