Beautiful people, welcome to the first episode of the Pages Of My Diary Podcast! Over the next few months I’m going to be reading some of my private entries from a diary I kept through the entire writing, recording & release of my latest album “The Human Experience”, as well as filling you guys in on all the juicy details.

In this podcast we’re going to be taking you behind the scenes, giving you an insight into how an album is made and the emotion rollercoaster you board when setting out on this journey; the good, the bad, the beautiful - it’s all in here.

For today’s episode I wanted to spend some time telling the Casey Sana story (so far) and get properly acquainted with any new members of The Casey Sana Fan Club! We also take you through the very first entries of the diary and talk a little about the emotions I was feeling in those early days.
