在這一集，我想跟你分享，我為什麼決定寫下《星光藍圖》這本書。
這本書不是在我人生最閃耀的時候誕生，而是從憂鬱與自我懷疑的深谷開始的。

當年的我，經歷著極度的低潮，覺得自己一無是處，沒有價值，也懷疑自己是否還有能力發光。
直到我明白：「勇敢，不是沒有恐懼，而是即使害怕也願意前行。」

《星光藍圖》的第一章叫做〈無畏〉，是因為我想記錄下那段我選擇繼續走下去的旅程。
就算不完美、就算過程混亂，也要真實地活、真實地分享。

就像我錄這個Podcast，不是等一切都準備好，而是相信：
就算聽眾不多、聲音不完美、頻道隨時可能停更——

但只要這一集，能剛好陪你度過某個關鍵時刻，那就值得了。

In this first episode, I share the real reason behind my book Starlight Blueprint.
It wasn’t born during a time of success or celebration — it started from a place of darkness.

I was in one of the lowest points of my life, battling depression and self-doubt, questioning whether I still had any value or light to give.
That’s when I realized:
Fearlessness doesn’t mean having no fear — it means choosing to walk anyway.

The first chapter of my book is called Fearlessness, because it marked the moment I chose to live, speak, and create — not because I was ready, but because I decided to move forward regardless.
This podcast is the same.

It may not be perfect. It may not have a huge audience.
But if it brings comfort or clarity to you, right now — then that’s enough.
