Dry Shake, wet shake, then double strain into Old Fashioned Glass on the rocks

1.5oz Barrel Aged Gin (Strathcona Spirits)

0.5oz Grapefruit Liqueur (Gifford)

1oz Lemon juice

0.75oz Honey Syrup

2 Dashes Angostura bitters

Dehydrated grapefruit garnish
