Professor Joe Graffam is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Research at Deakin University, specialising as a Professor in Psychology. Joe is an expert (among other things) on the reintegration of ex-prisoners into the community.  He has also conducted research about the perceptions of sex offender registries and the reintegration of sex offenders back into the community - an issue close to my heart.
