In this episode we explore the impact that removing agency and expression can have on behaviour and welfare, as well as discussing the different ways that we can allow our horses to have choice in their day to day lives whilst working within the restrictions of a typical management setting and the benefits that allowing for that choice can have on our horses mental health and behaviour.
