This podcast will feature Omkar Singh, the Vice President of ARU's students' union. Omkar is an Indian student. A student activist for Angila Ruskin University, he worked with the university to invest in a million-pound project. This was to help students with jobs, mentorship, and mental health issues. Student Omkar describes the many challenges students face in the UK when they arrive. This includes homesickness, cultural shock, and how the pandemic has affected them specifically.

“ANSHISM Podcast" is an independent podcast by Ansh Sachdeva. The show started in early 2021 as a 'Student Podcast' that evolved into a wider conversation in society. ANSHISM is about creating something that inspires a generation, people, to bring positive change.
