... self reflection and growth! These are the themes of this episode. Today I share my experience with substance abuse-- where it stems from, how I learned to face the reality of my use, and how I picked myself up after falling over and over again.

This is a heavy topic that we don't really get a chance to speak on out of fear of being judged, being seen differently, or really because we would rather suffer alone and in silence.
