Seb discusses the challenges facing race organisers, but also the excitement of running the first major event of the year – you could say it’s the UK’s opening weekend – which attracted two times Giro stage winner Alex Dowsett, and triple Olympic Gold medalist Ed Clancy among a strong amateur field.
