R12two’s intentional and intense, raw, authentic, GBUB (good/bad/ugly/beautiful), vulnerable, compassionate, Jesus centered culture is personified by the acronym POPS.
P.O.P.S. Culture
Plank: (Matthew 7:3-5 Core Values verses) R12two men speak, teach, lead through personal testimony first and foremost.
Obedience: (2 Corth 10:3-6 core value verses) R12two men are in the process of becoming warriors for the kingdom of Heaven by focusing once again on the plank in their own eye and the thought processes that led to the development of said plank. In other words, “As a man thinks, so is he.” Proverbs 23:7 and as Jesus said, “Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.” Matthew 12:34
Proactive: (R12:1-2 Core Values Verses) R12two men are in a process of becoming our truest selves, and our most spiritually mature selves are personified by our progression towards proactiveness. By displaying the fruits of the Spirit which are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. Self control in its ripest stages have the effervescence of PEACE and HOLY VIOLENCE. This deep well of inner peace refreshes any and all who will drink of its Living water within. And the enemies of God will experience a righteous anger that also comes from the deep places within a mature follower of Christ who because of the Perfect Love therein moves towards the money changers with a whip in hand to drive them out all the while maintaining PEACE and self control.
SWORD Eph 6:10-18 Core Values verses emphasis on taking up the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God, specifically scripture memorization into the emotional brain so that when we go “limbic” it is a fresh water flowing out of the abundance of our hearts truly transformed into the image of Christ; 2 Tim 2:3-4; Heb 4:12
SWORD point to every thought to make them obedient to Christ.
