Rik Brown aka Mr. Maceman joins us on the podcast to share a little bit of his story and his love and passion for training with the mace.

Rik stands at 6'5" and weighs in at about 240 lbs. He is known for his skills and ability for turning out heavy mace 10 and 2's and 360's. He has traveled the world teaching mace and has been able to train with many different mace practitioners .
