Unscripted perspective on anxiety + depression. Why do I continually destroy myself? Join me as I try and uncover the roots of my life long battle with depression and anxiety. I’m a 40 year old, freelance videographer, husband and father of two young boys. I’ve achieved a number of successes, but have also experienced spiralling lows (chronic anxiety, anorexia, depression, addiction).
