Because this is my mission for this podcast - to start a conversation about how the traditional definition of success, a definition based on society standards, is limiting our choices and puts us all inside a box. 

Not only that, but this conventional idea of success based on financial, material and career achievements at all costs does not fit the new requirements of a generation of growth-focused individuals in their quest to take their life and the life of those around them to a whole new level.
